Do you take insurance?
We have intentionally chosen to remain a private pay practice so we can provide care based on what we believe is truly best for each client and family rather than what insurance companies determine is medically necessary or financially approved. Insurance companies often place limitations on counseling by requiring diagnoses, restricting session frequency or length, dictating treatment approaches, or influencing the types of assessments and services that can be provided. By remaining out-of-network, our counselors are able to focus on individualized, relationship-centered, and neuro-affirming care without the pressure of fitting clients into insurance-driven guidelines or productivity models.
We also believe meaningful counseling requires emotional presence, connection, and the ability for counselors to fully invest in the therapeutic relationship. Because of this, we intentionally maintain smaller caseloads so our clinicians can provide thoughtful, high-quality care while remaining emotionally available, engaged, and present for the individuals and families they support. This approach allows us to offer a more personalized and collaborative counseling experience while helping reduce the burnout and high-volume pressures that are common within many insurance-based settings. Our goal is to create an environment where both clients and counselors can experience deeper connection, authenticity, and lasting growth throughout the therapeutic process.
