How Wellness Happens
Empowering Every Mind
Dr. Jenna champions a strengths-based, neuro-affirming model for navigating ADHD and Autism. Recognizing that growth isn’t confined to a chair, she weaves movement into each session to ensure every individual feels seen and supported in their own unique way.
The Language of Play
Utilizing her expertise as a trained and experienced Play Therapist, Jenna honors play as a vital tool for development. Using sandtray work and creative exploration, she helps children find their voice and master emotional regulation in a safe, vibrant, and welcoming setting. She has specialized training in adding EMDR into play therapy and creates unique ways to make it fun and engaging for children.Â
Active Client Partnership
Shifting away from standard office dialogue, sessions might feature nature walks, play, sandtray therapy or collaborative art. This immersive method helps clients discover practical, life-enhancing strategies that align perfectly with their daily routines and personal identities.
Beyond the Office
Dr. Jenna enjoys reading, coffee shops, creative projects, and loves spending time with her husband, two children, and two fluffy cats who contribute equal amounts of chaos, affection, and cat hair to daily life. She is no stranger to hyperfocus and can often be found deeply researching a new interest, coloring with ridiculously over-the-top colored pencils, reorganizing a creative project at midnight, or getting completely absorbed in a fantasy novel series. She believes those quirks and passions are part of what make people uniquely themselves and loves to hear about what her client's enjoy doing.Â
Client Testimonials
"For years, we knew something was going on, but we couldn't quite put our finger on it. Dr. Jenna helped us connect the dots. The report was easy to understand, and the feedback session answered questions we'd been asking for a long time. My son even said the testing was 'actually kind of fun.' We left feeling relieved and with a much better understanding of how to support him."
— Parent of a 7-year-old
"As a woman in my 30s, I never imagined I might be autistic. I had learned how to blend in, push through, and hide my struggles so well that even I didn't recognize what was going on. Dr. Jenna looked beyond the surface and helped me make sense of experiences I had carried with me for years. The assessment was very thorough and incredibly validating. I left with answers and a better understanding of myself."
— Adult Client
"Before EMDR, our son would shut down whenever certain topics came up. It felt like he was carrying around a backpack full of things he couldn't put down. Working with Dr. Jenna helped him process those experiences in a way that talking alone never seemed to accomplish. He's happier, more engaged with friends and family, and handles challenges much better than he used to."
